Please prepend each file name with your project name such as
"EM6-NEGRA-activities" when you submit it according to
http://www.coli.uni-sb.de/sfb378/internal/distributing.phtml
MS Word format in TIMES font is preferred. If this is not possible, please produce a PDF file in TIMES font. LaTeXers say something like \usepackage{times,mathptm,sfb378}. Note that this is just the standard of the patterns for the other parts, which also describe the bibliography style you have to use.
Please follow the following patterns:
Format the file publications according to the instructions for the bibliography given for the part of the individual projects at http://www.dfki.de/~jameson/vorlagen. Please do not list any papers that are submitted but not accepted yet! Please do not list any running theses (This stuff goes into the proposal)!

The section "Others" is a placeholder for your creative ideas on further documentation.
